ABOUT
Each one of us begins our journey with a step and a deep breath of trust. Sometimes that step can be a large one; a giant leap. Other times it is barely a shifting of our foot; sometimes forwards other times backwards. It can be made with the utmost confidence. Or it can be light and timid. Yet planted with strength of character and an innate knowing, with a trust and courage. Regardless of what it 'appears' to be the fact that we begin is the important part. We take action in love with our connection to our breath and our steps when making choices.

ALOHA LIFE
Was born deep in my soul. While walking my journey and following the flow of where life has taken me, Aloha Life came to BE. I trust as it evolves and grows you find a place to stop, rest, find peace, and just BE along your journey.
Each day finding aloha in all the moments.
Always my love and aloha, Jodi

Aloha does not just mean "Hello"
I have researched many definitions on the word Aloha...there doesn't seem to be one source that the following information can be can be credited to. I have stumbled on many websites with these words yet none credit a source. I've adopted pieces of them to create what expresses my Aloha is and what I want to share with the world with Aloha Life.
These are some of the wonderful descriptions I have found.
Aloha is being a part of all, and all being a part of me. When there is pain - it is my pain. When there is joy - it is also mine. I respect all that is as part of the Creator and part of me. I will not willfully harm anyone or anything. When food is needed I will take only my need and explain why it is being taken. The earth, the sky, the sea are mine to care for, to cherish and to protect. This is Hawaiian - this is Aloha!
A, ala, watchful, alertness
L, lokahi, working with unity
O, oia'i'o, truthful honesty
H, ha'aha'a, humility
A, ahonui, patient perseverance
alo, 1. sharing 2. in the present
oha, joyous affection, joy
ha, life energy, life, breath
And so... Aloha Life was created and it's guiding principles
Aloha is being a part of all, and all being a part of me. When there is pain - it is my pain. When there is joy - it is also mine. With watchful alertness, honesty, humility and patience I open myself to work with those who need assistance. Together we are one and joyfully share life with an awareness of breath and being present in our moments as we walk this journey.
Always my love and Aloha Jodi
