The Labour of Love birth deck was designed  to enhance connection for momma and baby along their journey. The deck consists of 21 cards and each has a different message and allows you to connect in different ways to self and baby. I offer a few samples of the cards above.

To assist momma's in growing your "mommy muscle" as you begin your journey growing baby.. Each card has been carefully designed with images and affirmations that support a healthy connection.

The deck can be used in many ways. Here are some suggestions of how to use it.

You can pull a card each day and sit with the energies and messages that come through. Similar to an oracle deck, shuffling the cards and pulling the card that calls you.


You can pull a card and read your message to your baby and begin to form an even stronger connection and bond. Taking the time to have a conversation with your baby.


You can pull a card and journal what feelings come up for you in that moment. How are you feeling, what did the affirmation on the card bring up for you.


You can use them to guide you through your labour when baby comes. Having used them up to that special time your body will have a knowing of the messages and allow your "muscle" to spring into action. Knowing your body was meant to give birth and you are ready to listen and flow with everything.



Whatever way you choose to use your deck will be amazing as you journey on the road to giving birth to your sweet little one.
