SACRED SITES

Bow Glacier/Lake/Falls

Bow Glacier is a haven of Archangel Michael. Located in the Canadian Rockies, this energetic vortex is said to have been 'seen' through meditation by Tibetan Monks some one thousand years ago! They then began a pilgrimage to visit and bless this area, including what is now Lake Louise.  The waters of this purest of Alpine lakes nourish Calgary, AB and is only becoming more recognized as a destination of spiritual awakening.

Giza Plateau, Egypt

The Giza Plateau is considered by many to be the foundational Sacred Site on planet Earth.  Built on the geographical centre of our globe, the proportions of the Great Pyramid represent the dimensions and size of Earth.  It is being accepted that these structures were not built by the Egyptians, instead representing a culture who created this 'Keeper of Knowledge' to assist humanity when our development would allow us access to it.

Machu Picchu, Peru

A world Sacral Chakra, Machu Picchu, the most sacred site in South America, is constructed from the local granite, but it was not constructed by the Inca.  Perhaps a legacy of the Lemurian civilization, the construction is virtually identical to the mortarless stone construction in Egypt and other parts of the world.  It was home to the Inca to be sure but has undoubtedly served humanity for tens of thousands of years, as the heavenly observatory it is recognized to be.

Mt. Kailash, Tibet

Mt. Kailash, also Mt. Meru, is recognized by Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism as the 'Birthplace of the World'.  Immortal Shiva is reputed to live atop this most isolated of all Sacred Sites, so venerated is this mountain.  The Tibetan Buddhists call this mountain, Kang Rinpoche, the 'Precious One of Glacial Snow', and for those few thousand intrepid pilgrims who make the journey each year, it can take up to three days to walk the base of the mountain.

Mt. Shasta, California

Mt. Shasta bears evidence of human habitation and First Nations veneration as far back as 14,000 years, making Mt. Shasta perhaps the oldest continuously inhabited place in North America.  The power of this mountain was so respected that in antiquity only Shaman would dare climb the mountain above the tree line.  For 500 million years this volcano has dominated the landscape and human imagination for as long as we have known of it.

Stonehenge, England

Research continues to push back the date of the beginning of Stonehenge, The Womb of Time.  The majesty of this site, its connection with the Preseli Mountains and the distinctive Bluestone from which it was constructed only continues to grow.  The reverance of the visitors sharing this space is only accumulating, supporting the spiritual evolution of mankind.

Uluru, Austrailia

Imagine 50,000 years of continuous human visitation by the most spiritually connected people to have inhabited this planet.  The Aborigine of Austrailia claim that they were called to Gonwana, Austrailia, by Uluru.  This is where Ngaya, the Divine Mother meets Balame, Divine Father, and is their very center of Creation.  Wherever the Aborigines of Central Austrailia may travel, they bury a piece of Uluru, their foundation, their life, their home.
